1. Cancel/Return /Refund Policy

商品が発送された後（追跡番号をお受け取りになった場合、またはご注文が完了した場合）には、キャンセルをすることはできません。
2. 返品
jp.amirobeauty.comで購入した商品の返品について
a) 製品が不要になった場合
製品が不要になった場合の返品はお受けできません。よくご検討の上、お買い求めください。
b) 人為的でない不良品の場合
商品到着時に不良品（人為的ではない場合）があった場合、商品到着後30日以内であれば、全額返金または商品の交換をさせていただきます。
製品を購入してから30日が過ぎ、1年以内の保証期間内の場合には、全額返金できませんが、交換または修理は可能です。
不良品をお客様の方から弊社に返送していただく必要はなく、新しい交換または修理品の運賃はAMIROが負担いたしします。
3.第三者から購入した商品の返品について
第三者の店舗または業者から購入したAMIRO製品が満足に機能しない、あるいはお客様のインストールに適用されない場合、製品を最初に購入された第三者の店舗または業者へ、返品および返金ポリシーについてお問い合わせください。第三者の店舗または業者から購入されたAMIRO製品に関する返品および返金処理はすべて、第三者の店舗または業者の特定のポリシーに従うものとします。具体的な内容については、お客様がAMIRO製品を購入された元の店舗または業者の返品および返金ポリシーを参照してください。AMIROは、その返金および返品について責任を負いません。
